The pet industry is worth US$50 billion a year in USA alone, and offers many growth opportunities for passionate and talented individuals. In spite of the economic downturn, our sales revenue continues to grow and we are seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative based in Kent, Washington.

The selected candidate will work with a small and dynamic team to support and grow our retailers and business partners.

Sales & Business Development Representative
Kent, Washington

Responsibilities:

The Sales & Business Development Representative will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with pet retailers in the Pacific Northwest and other territories through store visits and marketing activities. In addition, the selected candidate will seize new business opportunities by approaching potential customers. To build the brand and energise sales, the selected candidate will work with our Marketing team to conduct a variety of marketing activities such as sales promotions, demos and outdoor events . The successful candidate will work independently in a small and creative team committed to manufacturing the best pet food on the planet.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Proven track record in outside sales and/or account management
  • Experience with speciality retailers and consumer goods is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets
