Operations and Accounts Manager<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Operations and Accounts Executive<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The selected candidate will ensure that orders are fulfilled accurately and on time and that the correct accounting entries are posted in our Logistics and Accounting system.<\/p>\n

Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Oversee smooth processing of orders, by entering orders into SAP, creating Delivery Notes, Invoices and by liaising with the warehouse team.<\/li>\n
  • Receive, inspect, goods from manufacturing plants<\/li>\n
  • Liaise with freight forwarding companies<\/li>\n
  • Inventory Control Management<\/li>\n
  • General accounting and management accounting processes<\/li>\n
  • Manage a partial set of accounts<\/li>\n
  • Cost allocation of expenses, processing payment transactions and preparation of invoices<\/li>\n
  • Assist in Monthly Stock Inventory Control and Annually Stock taking<\/li>\n
  • Handle Ad-hoc reports and duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n


    \nRequirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Educational qualifications in Operations\/ Logistics Management\/ Accounting<\/li>\n
    • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.<\/li>\n
    • Strong working knowledge of Office applications, especially Excel<\/li>\n
    • Meticulous, with the ability to work fast and independently<\/li>\n
    • Prior experience with SAP is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
