How to Perform CPR on Dogs

If you love your dogs, you should know how to perform CPR on them when needed. Not only will it save their lives, it will also strengthen the bond between you and your canine pet. Performing CPR on dogs is dependent on the pet’s size. For dogs under 10 kg or 22 lbs., a one-handed technique is used. While for medium to large dogs, a two-handed technique is used.

Make sure that your dog is unconscious and that you don’t feel a heartbeat.
